'NAFSU' if u guys heard about dis word wat cme cross to ur mind?...most of d people maybe think about sex desire straight away,tp kite semua tahu 'nafsu' bukan hanya limited and spesifik ke sexual desire kan...other than sexual desire kite juga ade nafsu makan, nafsu marah n even nafsu bershopping...recently i cant control major of the nafsu,guest wat it is???....

cite psl nafsu makan ramai yg tau lebih kurang 2 bulan lepas i was so motivated n enthuasiated in losing my weight but curently dat spirit had been gone slowly time after time...aisshhh i dun know y dis happen,mungkin kerana faktor kesibukan ku yg byk esemen n test lately so xde time nak g jogging kah ? o maybe jugak effect dr'melancong' kah? coz balek dari trip2 tula aku dah start berselara balek ni

fuhhhh! naseb baik still lg dlm prosess losing n not gaining any weight yet..hihihihi me so worried coz lately i eat in d midnite n drink less warm water n more to sweet beverage without any guilty or control ahakss :P...
tetapi selepas kejadian semalam aku akan cube utk back to d rite track again coz aku still xpuas ati ngn penurunan weight aku sekarang cz aritu dlm sebulan 5kg leh turun tp skg just 1 or 2 kg per month eventhough i had already achieve ideal BMI!..

cite nafsu marah plak...kebelakangan ni pon nafsu marah ku agak tidak tercontrol,aduhhh
pantang silap siket senang je aku nk sensitip n melenting mule la mulut aku ni nak menca***
aishhh sian kat kwn2 yg kene tempias,xpsl2 ade yg xterlibat pun kene cth (indirectly tempias) cam bdk bilek sebelah aku yg maybe ade terdengar aku maki hamun laptop sendri hahaha
dis is not me actuly aku jenis pendam n xsuke tunjuk muke bile marah (buruk woooo :P) selalunyer aku jz tunjuk muke merajuk n cepat lupekan tp recently sampai aku menjeling mate (pandangan maut pnyer ahakss) memang out of control gile la tu tapi naseb stil lg cepat cool down...
ermm so maap la kpd kekwn2 (direct o indirectly) yg kene tempias ekk xkire la punce mrh ku tu mmg patut o tak patut k..
i hope i can control both of dis nafs
